Why Us

Because of Joe Kendall’s results and reputation, many of the cases Kendall Law Group, PLLC takes are co-counsel arrangements with other lawyers, whether complex litigation, conducting a mock trial or serving as local counsel in state or federal cases anywhere in Texas. We are proud of the trust shown in us by our peers in including us in their cases.

We only do a few things. But we do them well.

  1. Texas local / liaison counsel, primarily to out-of-state firms that do not have a Texas presence, but are involved in litigation anywhere in Texas. Accordingly, Judge Kendall is often hired to bring the “local knowledge”, additional experience and insight to a trial team. As local counsel in a case, the Kendall Law Group serves not as a mail-drop or a mere filer of pleadings, but as an active participant bringing value to the team. The extent of that participation is whatever is necessary and requested. If you choose Joe Kendall to help you, you are making a wise choice of a credentialed lawyer who knows the lay of the land and has a demonstrated track record.
  2. Mock trial / Mock argument assistance and feedback.

Kendall Law Group, PLLC shares fees with co-counsel and represents clients under contingent or flat-fee, hourly fee arrangements with full disclosure to the client and consistent with applicable ethical rules. Lawyers who involve Joe Kendall can be confident that the conduct and work product of a credentialed, experienced and service-oriented professional will exhibit the utmost quality and will make your life easier.

We are not only a safe choice but a great choice.
