Criminal defense attorneys of the Kendall Law Group have a long track record in dealing with the criminal justice system and as a team bring that experience to the table in the representation of each and every one of our clients.

Our focus is on defense of federal criminal cases usually brought by the US Attorney or lawyers from the Department of Justice (DOJ) or other agencies of the federal government. These cases typically have their start with an investigation by some law enforcement agency of the federal government such as the FBI, HHS, OIG, SEC, IRS, DEA, ATF or any other number of federal agencies having criminal enforcement authority. An investigation by a federal Grand Jury, which has power to issue subpoenas, is a common tool used by federal prosecutors to build a case against a “target” defendant. We absolutely understand this process as we have decades of experience in both doing it as federal government lawyers and in defending against such cases as federal criminal defense lawyers. We understand how federal prosecutors think, investigate and put a case together, and we also understand where to find the holes in a case. Most important, we understand how to avoid the courthouse if possible, and persuade a jury if necessary.

There is no type of criminal case, sentencing or appeal that we can’t handle or do not take. A thirty minute case review is free so there’s no reason not to at least come in and talk to us before you make one of the most important decisions of your life for yourself or for a loved one.
